1. Introduction

We are OutdoorHavens is a trading name of Aerobloc Ltd a UK registered company (16534098) with a registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases from our website outdoorhavens.co.uk (the "Site"). By placing an order, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms, alongside any other policies referenced (including our Delivery & Returns Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy), form the entire agreement between you and Aerobloc Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms are governed by English law. In the event of a dispute, the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


2. General

  • Prices and product descriptions may be updated without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
  • Display of products on our Site does not constitute a binding offer
  • We do our best to ensure products shown on our Site are available to order. However, availability is not guaranteed, and display on the Site does not constitute a binding offer

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing updates.

All measurements and specifications are approximate. Most products require full or part assembly. It is the Customer's responsibility to ascertain this information prior to purchase should it be deemed a condition of purchase on the Customer's part.

Products are designed for outdoor use in typical UK weather conditions. Customers should follow all care and maintenance instructions provided.


4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our Site include VAT at the applicable current rates (where applicable) but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pricing Errors:

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.


5. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts

6. Payment

Payment can be made by any method specified on the website at checkout, including:

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Title and Risk:

Title to any products ordered on this website shall pass to the Customer on delivery, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

Risk of loss and damage to products passes to the Customer on the date when the products are delivered.

Key Points:

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days for most items
  • Free UK mainland delivery on all orders (unless otherwise stated)
  • Orders are dispatched from UK warehouses
  • Delivered via specialist courier or pallet delivery, depending on item size
  • Deliveries are made kerbside to the nearest accessible point
  • Couriers may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information, including the name of the recipient. We will not be liable for the delivery of an Order as a result of incomplete or inaccurate information provided.

Some couriers are unable to carry items through properties or into gardens. Customers may be required to assist with unloading. We recommend having two people available to receive larger items.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to weather conditions. If a delay occurs within our knowledge, we will make every effort to advise the Customer.


8. Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no cost. Once dispatched, cancellations are treated as a return and subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Summary:

  • You may return your item within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods

10. Warranty

11. Liability

Limitation of Liability:

OutdoorHavens is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (including missed installation appointments, loss of earnings, or wasted time) connected to or arising from delays, returns, or refunds, except where otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All customer information, including payment details, is subject to and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR. Such details are not passed to third parties nor used in unsolicited communication.
